From my point of view, the best way to study for USMLE Step 3 is to use the Step 2CK books. The course content is the same as for Step 2CK but the focus is more on management of patients.
Crush Step 3: The Ultimate USMLE Step 3 Review:-
I have never read this book but there are people who swear by it for Step 3 preparation. Covers all the contents required for the exam in a concise, easy to read format.
USMLEWorld Step 3 Online Course:-
The best source of questions and Computer based case simulations (CCS). The questions approximate in difficulty with those on the actual exam. The explanations for the questions are detailed and clear. In fact many questions on the actual exam were from the explanations or similar to the practice questions. The case simulations are also well presented with adequate explanations.Rating - 4.5/5
